Patriarch Theophilos III of Jerusalem Receives NAPS Members in Special Audience
Jerusalem, Israel – Spiritual leader of the Orthodox Church of Jerusalem and All Palestine, His Most Godly Beatitude Theophilos III received NAPS members in special audience. The guests from Slovakia were received at the Jerusalem seat of the Patriarch in the city center.
„I have spoken with His Beatitude about current situation both in the Slovak and Holy Land society and Church. The Patriarch showed interest in our international ecumenical activities. Flipping through pages of our book, presenting NAPS work, we have found out to have a lot of mutual friends,“ said smiling for the media Peter Solej, NAPS founder and president. „The meeting was really very friendly and informal. The Patriarch was also interested in our private family life and work. We presented His Beatitude with a gift of a cross from our online shop www.nebonazemi.sk,“ added Peter Solej. The Patriarch Theophilos III presented the guests with the icons of Mother of God of Jerusalem and Holy Grave in Basilica.
